jacuzzi was very cold, the pool was closed (we were told a few days before arrival). and all facilities close at 8 o'clock! I've been coming here all my life but I don't know if this is worth repeating.

The location is brilliant if you come to ski as the lifts and rental places are a 5 minute drive, otherwise there's not a lot of indoor activities, were you with children. The rooms are modern, new, well-equipped and very comfortable with great heating (coming from the UK it's a blessing). The pool and the outdoor hot tubs are nice but cold, not quite for a pleasant swim or splash with friends/kids. The sauna and steambath are strictly no-textile (which some like some don't). The massage is highly recommended!!

Was happy with the room. Plenty of space. Nice and cozy.. Staff very friendly. Disappointed to be charged extra for late check-out. Anyway not to bad... Would stay again.. We had a great view. Sadly not much snow... Please people do your best to preserve the environment and do what you can against climate change..
